Message from HQ re Member Lists

Dear Club,

When you are sending your membership lists to us, please double check that all details are correct. We have had a few occasions recently where Clubs have misspelt a members name, or accidently put the wrong expiry date down. The data you send into us is automatically uploaded to our database and so these mistakes are then transferred into the membership cards. If a member then calls wanting a corrected card, there does unfortunately have to be a small charge of £2 to cover the production costs of a second card, if the error has come from the Club.
