Craig Harris, who many of you will know/recognize from Event Paramedic Services has organized a first aid course (with equine twist) on 2nd February at Netherclay Equestrian Centre, near Taunton racecourse – £55 per person.

BRC HQ are looking to find out about camps and Trec in our area. If your club runs adult or junior camps, or any Trec activity, please contact Arthur Stevens to allow him to pass on this information.

If you club does not undertake camps or trec, please let him know this as well.

All clubs should respond to this request, even if it is a nil response.

Margaret Peverley, who is chairman of the Mid-Somerset Riding Club — riding club of the year in 2012 — received the British Empire Medal for voluntary services to equestrianism in the New Years Honours list.
